Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped from a US warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time. After shipping, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and at checkout. These are estimates, and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Tracking. When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email support@houndride.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
